Today’s comic went through a number of different punchlines. Â I liked the idea of Link’s boomerang becoming undesirable to catch, but the original punchline of his hand getting burnt didn’t seem to be punchy enough.
Eventually, I realized that this comic has had a lot of fire in it lately, so why the heck not? Â Smokey’s appearance here feels even more outlandish than his original one (can he just freely warp between Nintendo worlds?). Â Remember, where there’s Smokey…there’s fire.
